This is a really unique read, in that it has QRC codes at the beginning of each chapter, which lead you to various creative visuals and pairings of the book's story.

The writer paints an excellent picture of the environments that Catherine (the lead character) lives in and experiences, and of the people she encounters in her life. You feel as if you are in the trailer park with smells, coldness, uncleanliness, and can feel the fear and hatred that her mother evokes. The book is very good at bringing you into the story.

The plot is creative and unexpected. Well worth the read.
